Ongoing medical therapy after surgery is an important factor in long-term cosmetic outcome, because it slows loss of the native hair around your grafts, yet it is not always built into the care provided by transplant clinics. This plan fills that gap: pre-op bloodwork to flag anything that might compromise healing, and post-op medication to support both the transplanted area and your remaining native hair.

No. Clinical review is asynchronous: you complete the questionnaire, a GMC-registered doctor reviews your case against your medical history, and your medication is dispensed and delivered if treatment is appropriate. No appointment, no waiting room.
How often are follow-ups?
Follow-up reviews at one, three, and six months post-procedure. Your clinician adjusts the plan based on how you're responding.
Do I need a GP referral to start the Pre & Post Transplant Care?
No. WMG Meds is a direct-access service, so you can start the assessment and have a GMC-registered doctor review your case without going through your GP.
