Hair loss treatment in the Midlands
Prescribed by GMC-registered doctors at 134 Harley Street, dispensed by our UK pharmacy partner and posted to you. Next working day across the Midlands once your prescription is approved.
What we see most in the Midlands
The Midlands sends us a higher proportion of combination-therapy cases than anywhere else, largely because Birmingham and Nottingham have busy hair transplant markets and a lot of patients come to us after surgery rather than before it. That is the wrong way round. Medical therapy after a transplant is what protects the native hair around the grafts, and starting it late means watching the area behind a good hairline continue to thin.

Plain packaging, £7 per order whatever the quantity.
If you would rather come in
Birmingham to Euston is around 90 minutes, and Nottingham, Leicester and Coventry are all direct to London, so an in-person review is a day trip rather than an expedition.

Questions we get from Midlands patients
I have a transplant booked in Birmingham. Should I start medication before or after?
Before, where it is clinically appropriate. Medical therapy protects the native hair around the grafts, and that hair keeps miniaturising whether or not you have had surgery. Starting afterwards means the transplanted hairline stays while the area behind it continues to thin, which is the outcome most people are trying to avoid.
My transplant clinic did not mention ongoing medication. Is that normal?
It is common, and it is a gap. A graft is permanent; the hair around it is not. Long-term cosmetic outcome depends heavily on what happens to the native hair, which is where medical therapy does its work.
Can you prescribe if I had surgery abroad?
Yes. Tell us what was done, when, and anything you were prescribed afterwards. We do not need the operative notes to treat the surrounding hair, though they help if you have them.
